Need to Return a Document?

Please follow the submission instructions provided by Carolina's Connections when returning any document. If you are unsure how to submit a document, contact our office and a team member will guide you to the appropriate secure method.

Important: Protect Your Sensitive Information

Never send Social Security numbers, banking information, detailed medical records, completed tax documents, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website contact form or unsecured email. Carolina's Connections will provide you with the appropriate secure submission method for any sensitive documents.
